Basic Yoga
Principles/Beginning Yoga offers beginning-level instruction to start off your practice of yoga. Starting "where
you are," this class provides beginners with instruction in the correct alignment and focus to help you get the most
out of your practice of yoga.
Open Yoga classes
are geared to the skill level of the participants. All classes focus on safe alignment in the poses and students receive individual
adjustments based on their own needs.
Gentle and Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga practice that uses supported
poses to provide profound relaxation and release of tension in the body and mind. Poses are modified so that they are accessible
regardless of the physical limitations of the participants. No flexibility required!
Mystical Meet-Ups
are monthly pot-luck gatherings to create a safe, open atmosphere for discussing issues of an esoteric nature. Discussion
topics are generated by the group and have included the movie What The Bleep, and the topic of synchronicity. Bring a dish,
and stay to chat! Good food & good conversation.
Private
Yoga Sessions offer an opportunity for one-on-one instruction based on your individual needs and schedule. Contact
