Mary Lou
Jelachich, PhD, RYT, is a long-time North Park resident whose interest in yoga began watching Lilias Folan on PBS.
Mary Lou has had over 30 years as a student of yoga and considers it to be a lifelong learning process. She began as a yoga
student of Sivananda-trained teachers in Chicago and Washington D.C. and expanded her learning by becoming a yoga teacher
through the Temple of Kriya Yoga. Recently, Mary Lou has been strongly influenced by Roger Eischens' philosophy and teaching,
which Kari Tomashik continues after Roger's death. Mary Lou's goal is to share what she has learned about yoga and to allow
students the time to experience their bodies.

Lloy Johnston, is an ACSM certified personal
trainer. She has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and has years of experience as a coach, educator and personal trainer. Her years
in the Health and Fitness field have given her the opportunity to work with males and females ranging in age from 8-80. She
works with professional athletes and professional non-athletes.
Besides helping her clients feel stronger and healthier
Lloy prides herself on her ability to make them smile as they reach for their personal goals. At Yoga North Park, Lloy offers

Francine Kelley, RYT, is also a long-time North
Park resident and was trained at the Temple of Kriya Yoga. She began her study of yoga as a teenager in Jamaica and continued
to study different forms of yoga while also studying Modern and West African dance.
While her teaching style is supportive
and nurturing, Francine believes that yoga should help us move beyond our physical and mental limitations. She focuses on
mindfulness, self-discovery and finding a place of effort without tension. Francine also does Reconnective Healing treatments
at Yoga North Park.

Martha
Wright, RYT, is a certified yoga teacher who is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She has been a student of
yoga for 12 years, studying with Chicago teachers Steven Hartman, Per Erez, Rich Logan, and Cheryl Henley. Martha completed
her yoga teacher training in August of 2005 at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts. She has
a background in teaching. Prior to becoming a yoga teacher,
Martha worked in a variety of organizations in Chicago's non-profit sector.
